Privacy
This page covers this website (sur9e.com). The app itself runs on your machine and is a separate story: it talks to no sur9e server, because there isn't one.
No analytics. No cookies. No tracking pixels. No ads. Fonts and images are served from this domain, not from Google.
What we collect
- The email you type into the release-notes form. It is posted to a small worker we run, stored so we can send you occasional release notes, and used for nothing else. There is no account attached to it and no profile built around it.
- Email you send us. Messages to hello@sur9e.com arrive in a normal inbox and stay there while we deal with them.
- Standard request logs at our host. Cloudflare processes what any web server processes to serve a page and stop abuse — IP address, user agent, timestamp — under its own retention policy. We don't build anything from it.
What we don't do
- No third-party scripts on any page.
- No cookies set by this site, no local storage tracking, no fingerprinting.
- No account, payment, or profile data — there is nothing to sign into.
- We don't sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
How to get out
Reply to any release-notes email, or write to hello@sur9e.com, and we'll delete the address. The same address works for asking what we hold about you.
Your rights
If you're in the EEA or UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), you can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and we won't treat you differently for asking. In practice that data is an email address you gave us, or a message you sent — nothing more.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this ever changes in a way that matters, this page changes first and the date below moves with it.
